Overview

All emails that pass through Email Systems data centres can easily be traced. For each email details of sender, recipient, date / time, subject, size and mail server it was delivered to are recorded.

Process

As each email is passed through a unique identifying reference number is assigned. This reference is used to provide an auidt trail for that email.
