Email Focus can trace all emails that pass through email systems data centres allowing for all important data to be recorded and secure. For each email, details of sender, recipient, date and time, subject, size and mail server it was delivered to, are recorded.

As each email is passed through a unique identifying reference number is assigned. This reference is used to provide an audit trail for that email.
